[FFmpeg-user] is it possible to add meta data of encoded date

Well, then while transcoding, add this to your command:
  -metadata creation_time="`date +'%F %T'`"
(i.e. using the Unix/GNU date command and backticks).

Note that this will record the time when your command is launched, not
when it is finished.
