troll somewhere else because *especially* for ffmpeg it's bullshit

the initial developer was Fabrice Bellard (french) and was until short 
ago mainly maintained by Michael Mittermaier which is from Austria 
(german language) - so please shut up!

the reason is that the majority of developers are from different 
countries with different native languages and english is the only common 
one everybody is supposed to understand

and as long there is nobody which is speaking english as well as spanish 
good enough to do the translation and has a technical understanding at 
the same time which *wants* to do the work it won't happen
