That command does not exist by that name in 2.8.x. It was renamed with
this commit:
https://github.com/FFmpeg/FFmpeg/commit/dbb03b8e47f905f0f7b10c3eb5ac11f9bfc793ff

So if you *must* use 2.8.x, you need to check the documentation for the
"loop" option.
