[FFmpeg-user] Swap fields in interlaced video

The phase filter does not help, it only changes bff to tff or vice versa.

Look at a single frame :

ffmpeg -i titel.avi -vf "phase=b"  /p/test%2d.ppm
Odd and even lines are swapped. Is there a filter in ffmpeg that
can reverse this ?
This avi file was correct when played using the AV-Master codec,
under Windows 98.
