No instructions are given here to use build-ffmpeg.sh. That script is
not part of ffmpeg, and therefore unsupported here. Please use
./configure (and gas-preprocessor.pl), and show that command line and
output if it doesn't work.

Since you didn't even tell us where you got it from and/or what it
looks like, we can't tell you what it may be doing wrong.
