Please test (and report back!)
$ ffmpeg -i input -vcodec v210 -f rawvideo -s uhd2160 out%05d.yuv10

Not necessarily related: -r 24 has an effect in your original 
command line that I'd consider unexpected, use it if you know 
what you are doing.
