[FFmpeg-user] rtp source stopped working upgrading ffmpeg from3.0.0 to 3.1.1

fyi.. finally figured out the issue.

There's a change in how analyzeduration/probesize is handled. In ffmpeg
v3.0, once the detection is complete, it continues. In ffmpeg v3.1, the full
size/time is used before continuing. I had my values set quite high.
