[FFmpeg-user] how to combine resampler? dither and resampl

posting a log is not beneficial, you should be able to abstract the keys and associations without even seeing an output.  

eventually it turns out that the documentation is absolutely terrible.  you’re better off reading the header files like i did.  the documentation is pitiful.
