[FFmpeg-user] FFMPEG output to HTTP

That got me closer.
I think the problem is that it is expecting 'PUT' HTTP request.

I've tried to use the `-method PUT` on the ffmpeg CLI but that doesn't seem
to change anything for how the request is done for output.
I'll keep digging
