[FFmpeg-user] Rotating output in transcode pipeline with C

Sorry, my question wasnt clear enough! 

It is referring to the ffmpeg C lib, not the cli!

As in how does one implement the rotation with
avformatcontext/avcodeccontext/avstream/avpacket/avframe (I'm not sure
which one to use in this case).
