[FFmpeg-user] Compile ffmpeg with scale_npp

Hi, i follow this guide (https://trac.ffmpeg.org/wiki/CompilationGuide/Ubuntu) to compile ffmpeg and added nvenc support on debian jessie. All ok,  i can use h264_nvenc codec but i can use scale_npp filter.

I tried to compile ffmpeg with --enable-filter=scale_cpp and it's compile but scale_npp filter do not appears in -filters list.


Any clue about what i missing?
