oh yes of course that's what i need really ; No mp3 at all. I did not 
understand why some others are speaking about laws or lawyers ...

Why this simple question  is "deep in mplayer territory here" ?
mp3 decoding --> enable-mpg123
no mp3 decoding --> disable-mpg123
