[FFmpeg-user] Using without pkg-config?

ffmpeg's "WARNING" doesn't say what effect this has, so the normal user
("builder"?) must wonder.

Not fixing it must be okay then... (I don't want to check, but I have
always assumed so, if ffmpeg then actually builds.)
