The header option you are looking for is "-headers" with an 's', as far
as I know. And it is an input option (because it shall apply to your
input), and must therefore be placed before the corresponding "-i".
Alas, I have no idea why ffmpeg doesn't warn about the wrong option.

If it's not because of the missing User Agent header, this may also be
due some other part of the authentication not working. E.g. you may
also need to copy some HTTP Cookies from your browser to your ffmpeg
session.
