[FFmpeg-user] Random Access Indicator on livestream with MPEG-TS, HLS and segmenter

Hi All,

Does anyone know if the latest FFMPEG will set the Random Access
Indicator bit, when transcoding a livestream to MPEG-TS, via the HLS and
Segment muxers?

And if it is possible, are there any extra commandline options needed or
is this done "by default".

If it is not possible, does anyone know how to "re-mux" a segment to add
the Random Access Indicator bit afterwards?

Hope someone can help me out with these questions.
