[FFmpeg-user] FFmpeg Library

[Satinder Singh]

Hi , Is any difference between ffmpeg and gstreamer and opengl for video
filtering (special effects) , video encoding , decoding etc . please give
me suggestion which one is for best use for video filtering and encoding
and decoding . I want to use that in my android aap .
