[FFmpeg-user] Audio Tapes - How to restore audio quality

I need to transfer a bunch of audio tapes to digital media.
But I would like to
1. improve the signal to noise ratio.
2. get rid of clicks and pops.

Is there a way to do this using ffmpeg?
