[FFmpeg-user] format for internet explorer post 8

Hi,

Thanks for the speedy reply, and sorry, being absent minded.
Specifically the problem is putting this video on a html page 
going to the library.  At the library I use the IE on the 
computers there and get "Invalid Source", with a black box for
the video.
