[FFmpeg-user] building ffmpeg for WinRT failed for ARM on Windows

Need help:(

 

By following tutorial from
https://trac.ffmpeg.org/wiki/CompilationGuide/WinRT

I'm able to build ffmpeg for x86 and x64 but not ARM, tried both Windows
Store 8.1 and WP8.1 target. The config failed:

GNU assembler not found, install/update gas-preprocessor

 

While gas-preprocessor.pl is located in /usr/bin folder already. BTW all are
expected by following "Verifying your FFmpeg Environment Setup" section. I
have tried source code in master, release 2.6 and release 2.2, get back the
same error.
