There's a lot of extra stuff in your command. Please provide the most
simple command that still shows the issue, provide the input images if
possible, and try using a native encoder (an encoder that does not
have "lib" in its name) to rule out additional issues. Your build is
only a month old, but it's always recommended to try the most recent
build if possible.

These steps will make it easier for us to test/reproduce (there are many
questions and limited time to parse and answer them all).
