[FFmpeg-user] Converting .mov files playable on html5 players..but very slow

I tried to convert a .mov file to mp4 using the above command and I recieved the below errors. what is wrong?

I said UNALTERED.
So NO -profile
NO -crf 23
NO scale
Maybe setdar is accepted, but 1st try without.
And it’s -c:a copy
