[FFmpeg-user] How to change FPS without re-render

tried this now:
ffmpeg -r 24000/1001 -i in.mov -r 24000/1001 -vcodec copy -acodec
copy out.mov
which does not seem to work. if I look at the console output it tells
me already that it keeps the frame rate:
