[FFmpeg-user] Why VLC recieve and play TS stream with 10 seconds delay? I used my own application to send TS.

My application read local ***.h264 file and pack it as MPEGTS, and write it to UDP address "udp://127.0.0.1:6666". Then, VLC open udp address such as "udp://@6666", it's buffer size param is "1000ms". 





But I found there is 10 seconds delay when VLC playing this network stream.What's wrong with my application? I have studyed it about two days. Please help me!
