Complete command line and uncut console output missing! SCNR.

It depends on who defines ProRes, and what the agreed standard or
specification (if any) is.

IIUC it is the internal Final Cut Pro codec. So why not believe their
white papers? But this white paper does not even claim that they
_store_ RGB(A):

https://www.apple.com/final-cut-pro/docs/Apple_ProRes_White_Paper.pdf

They only ever write of "from/to RGB(A)" or "RGB(+Alpha)
sources".

I'm sure the reverse-engineerers know even better, e.g. by the missing
of any indicator for RGB pixel formats.
