[FFmpeg-user] Capturing video from old webcam

In case you (or somebody else) want to add 
support for this format to FFmpeg (I cannot 
since I cannot test) please port the decoder 
from sn9c10x.c to FFmpeg, see the following 
commit:

(S910 is much simpler.)
