[FFmpeg-user] Bad Output when using skip_frame option

I see,I'm misled by some article.
so as 'bidir' option is unsafe by it's nature. Can I do anything to use it
in a safer way? Like checking some flags to make sure it's safe?
I need some option on slow device which functions between 'noref' and
'nokey'.
