[FFmpeg-user] Is it possible to sync audio to video when processing data lost movies.

Hi all,
I got a flv movie which has data lost. But video / audio data may lost at different time. 
For example, video lost from  00:12:00 to 00:12:45, while audio lost from 00:12:03 to 00:12:48. 


For this kind of broken video, is it possible to let audio sync to video? 
That's to say at certain time clips, if video lost we drop the corresponding audio regardless audio lost or not. 
But if video exist and audio lost, we compensate the audio samples.
