[FFmpeg-user] Concat AAC failure

I took 2 mp4 files with audio and video.

I converted them to 2 TS files so that I could concatenate them.  The TS
files play perfectly.

I ran the concat command to cat the files.  The Video concatenated
perfectly, however there is no audio in the concatenated file.
