[FFmpeg-user] libx265 - 8-bit vs. 10-bit?

I am encoding with libx265 at very low bitrates, so I am trying to get every
bit of quality I can into the videos.  If I encoded to 10-bit libx265, would
that produce a higher-quality video than 8-bit at the same bitrate?
