If you don't want to change it, better tools exist,
for example mplayer -dumpstream
(But you want to change it from what you write.)

This is the default.
> ffmpeg -t 10 -y -i udp:// <at> 239.1.248.3:1234/ -c:v copy -c:a copy
This command does nothing - you have to add "out.ts".
Complete, uncut console output missing.
