[FFmpeg-user] -gcc is unable to create an executable file.

Hi Team,

I am getting below error while executing the ./build_android.sh in cygwin

C:/cygwin64/home/SureshKumar/android-ndk-r10d/toolchains/arm-linux-androideabi-4.8/prebuilt/windows-x86_64/bin/arm-linux-androideabi-gcc
is unable to create an executable file.
C compiler test failed.

Please find the attachment of the log and .sh files

I hope the issue resolved asap.
