[FFmpeg-user] playing a stream at the correct speed from a file. help needed please

Did you try with ffmpeg (the application)?
There are streams that do not play with the correct 
speed with FFmpeg, and in that case, there is no 
issue in your software.
(The issue in FFmpeg is H264-related.)
