why the hell do you define "--prefix="$HOME/ffmpeg_build"
if you want to install to /usr/lib64 and why do you do
configure/build as root and in general not build *all*
your surebuild with --prefix=/usr/local instead mess
up with the OS environemnt

"--prefix="$HOME/ffmpeg_build" and move around
files won't work if you have more than one package
built which requires each other
