No, you're the one throwing insults around on a mailing list. Examine your own behaviour.
If you don't like the fact that people find compiling ffmpeg difficult, make ffmpeg easier to compile.
If you don't want to do that, that's absolutely fine, you aren't required to - but you may not reasonably tell other people off for complaining. Their complaints are justified.
