Hello! I'm having trouble setting the bitrate when encoding with qtrle, it seems to be always encoding the same way. I've tried flags like -b -qscale -qmin -qmax and several more without luck. Any advise on how to do this? Cheers, Eduardo <http://www.eduardograna.com.ar>
