I dont think so.

The ticket you created regards to just 1 AVC-Intra file (Matrox).

I have 7 AVC-Intra Files to test (Matrox, Premiere, Harmonic, etc...)
This FieldOrder ticket here regards to every AVC-Intra file I have. -> 
FieldOrder readout is a common AVCIntra problem I guess.
