[FFmpeg-user] wav concat woes

Looking carefully, you can see the origin of the problem here: it is lacking
the "start: 0.000000" indication.

I do not understand yet why WAVE and a few other formats do not detect
start_time=0, but the concat demuxer relies on it and can not work without
it. I do not know which of the concat or WAVE demuxer is wrong.
