[FFmpeg-user] Mixed Telecine & Interlaced

I have video, that, by visual inspection, is mixed telecined (2:3) & interlaced. I would like to make it all progressive. I understand if this is impossible, but if everything works as it is supposed to I think "-vf pullup,idet,yadif=deint=interlaced" should do it. Has anyone else tried this? Has it worked? Is there a reason this wouldn't work?
