[FFmpeg-user] -vf tinterlace=6 not behaving as expected

OK, so I now think there is no issue at all - sorry for wasting time.

Unless I change my mind again - I think that the burosch1 test was an
unlucky one to start with as I find it very hard with it not to perceive
that both fields move each step, when in fact only one is moving :-(
