[FFmpeg-user] constant rtp stram

Thanks for your answer.

The network and the server hardware are not the problem. The problem is
that ffmpeg streams the packets in burst.

We are looking for a way that the stream is send in real-time. So all 19 to
20ms one packet!
Any Idea?
