Hmm,

maybe you can check https://github.com/kripken/emscripten/wiki project,
with can take LLVM to javascript.

But, in the end, is too heavy for real world cases,

but you may preffer download 10mb of ffprobe-js-version than send 1 gb
video to server for testing the file!
