[FFmpeg-user] AMR Decoder

Hi all,
I'm using ffmpeg for quite some time now for encoding and decoding wav file
to amr narrow band and wide band, and it works great, no complains there.
my question is does ffmpeg amr decoder implementation includes the error
concealment procedure (packet loss concealment) as described in amr
specifications?

my goal is to test audio quality under different packet loss scenarios.
