[FFmpeg-user] user data insertion before each frame

Meenz -

Did you ever resolve this issue ?  I am having a similar problem in that I
am able to attach the metadata before encoding but, I am unable to receive
once decoded.

to add the metadata I am using av_dict_set(&frame->metadata, "key", "value")

However, when I decode the metadata field is empty ..

Any ideas ?
