Here's my command: "C:\bin\32\ffmpeg32.exe" -i
"D:\scripts\15807_Gaertner-8mm_1-7-01.mov" -y -r 16 -vcodec copy -acodec
copy "E:\Gaertner\test.mov"
This command succeeds.
However, when we analyze the result, for example I import the original file
and the 16 fps output into a 24fps Edius project, place the clips on
separate tracks and video side-by-side, the clips stay in sync on scene
changes, which is not the expected result of the 16 fps running slower. The
16 fps output clip seems to have thrown away certain frames and duplicated
other frames to maintain sync with the original 24 fps clip.
