pretty sure and even if you find some random client
payling the file makes it not smarter to play with
fire - AFAIK there are also legal reasons to do so

why not just enter "ffmpeg -i HandBrake-converted-file.mp4" and i bet
Video: h264 (Constrained Baseline) is part of the output
