[FFmpeg-user] converting .mov(MJPEG) to web optimized .mp4(h264)

Thanks Henk for the advice.
I gave a look at the Activity Window, but couldn't find the exact options
that match with ffmpeg.
The log comes out from libhb(handbrake library) and several other libraries.
