The path points to a file containing the video stream.
The file you uploaded only contains the audio stream 
(you can test that easily with ffmpeg -i input -acodec 
copy -vn out.mov and comparing the file sizes).

The path looks like it contains a drive name, a path on 
that drive, a directory and a file name: I don't know 
if FFmpeg supports that path, it would be interesting 
to test.
