[FFmpeg-user] Weird FFMPEG Key-frame Issue

--enable-pthreads is the default and has no effect 
on Linux.

Can you reproduce the problem again?
Does it also happen with file output?
Does it also happen with file input?

The issue sounds important but if you cannot 
reproduce it again, we will also fail and I 
don't see how it can ever be fixed.
