[FFmpeg-user] "Error while decoding stream #0:X: Error number -12 occurred" when trying to merge multiple audiotracks from PremiereCC MOV to one audio track in AVI

This build of ffmpeg is broken, the error number should be translated into a
readable error message. It is probably not the cause of your problem, but it
makes it that much harder to understand what is going on. Please explain
exactly how you obtain it.
