FFmpeg, but the avconv version. With Ubuntu, you have to compile from
source or download a precompiled package. If you apt-get install FFmpeg out
of the box, this is the version you get.
Sorry, bad wording. Chalk it up to lack of sleep. If you apt-get install,
the avconv version is the version installed.
